For those who have the ability to perceive spirits, this guardian will appear as a flock of 200 Storm Petrels of various species.  These tiny, sparrow-sized, lively seabirds are various shades of grey with white underparts, and are very agile.  They are  gregarious, joyful, and quietly vocal when coming in to roost.  Its voice is similar to running a thumbnail down a comb, interspersed with a lower sound.

Storm Petrels were believed by sailors to foretell the coming of storms at sea, and some even believed they were the souls of drowned sailors.  They can dance along the surface of the water, hover above it, and glide and soar using updrafts.  This guardian, while comprised of many indvidual constructs with their own limited volition and personalities, is a collective being--a single mind.

In addition to the standard Guardian capabilities, this guardian has a superior energy level, superior range, and superior energy density.  It can draw vast amounts of additional power from storms and weather systems.  It has a strong tie to and can channel water elemental energy, and storm energy.  It has superior empathic ability and may be able to influence others' emotions.  It can cleanse and maintain its owner's energy systems, clear energy system blockages, and provide highly superior psychic shielding.  It may be able to exert minor influence over the weather, particularly storm systems, and knows and can use magicks related to storms, the ocean, water, emotions, cleansing, and destruction.  It can create an astral hurricane that will impact and sweep away hostile entities and energies.  It may be able to temporarily improve its owner's stamina, and may be able to teach storm magicks, ocean magicks, and magicks that influence emotions, to a telepathically receptive owner.  It can act as an astral guide, and may be able to deliver messages from their owner to telepathic persons, or observe remote locations and report information on them back to its owner.
