For those who have the psychic capability to see spirits, this guardian will appear as a huge chameleon that can shapeshift into a half-chameleon woman.  She can blend seamlessly into her background, and has a prehensile tail.

Using psychometry, postcognition, telepathy, and empathy, the Chameleon shifts the owner’s aura to blend into the given environment. The Chameleon does this when the owner is feeling and thinking that they wish to blend in or disappear.

 

This makes targeting the owner by psychic means much more difficult, if not impossible; this includes telepathic, empathic, psychometry, postcognition, precognition, clairvoyance, remote viewing, and psychic energy work.

 

She will also shift the aura of objects, places, other servitors, spirits, animals, or people, if asked to do so by the owner.

 

Additionally, the Chameleon will use psychometry, postcognition, telepathy, and empathy to telepathically suggest behavior shifts to the owner. This allows the owner to adjust their behavior to blend-in to the environment as well.

 

The Chameleon recharges herself by filtering and removing patterns in the environmental psychic waste energy.

 

She will use her prehensile tongue and tail to counter incoming psychic attacks. She also has the ability to blend into the psychic background; making her difficult, if not impossible, to sense.

 

The Chameleon also has the ability to use her aura shifting and mental suggestions as a type of attack. The adversary becomes very discernible by psychic means; making it much easier to target the object, place, servitor, spirit, animal, or person. Also telepathic suggestions of behavior will be implanted in the adversary’s mind; this will draw unwanted attention to the opponent servitor, spirit, animal, or person.

 

The Chameleon's personality, like her ability to shift auras, will change to suit the owner’s desires.  

 

She is a loyal to her owner and intelligent. If for some reason she is taken from the owner without consent, she will use her abilities to attack that which took her from her owner. She will return to the owner at the first opportunity to do so.

 

However, the owner can give the Chameleon away willingly. This requires the intent from the owner, as well as transferrring of the vessel.

 

She has several integrated safety features.

 

These include an “ability-kill” command; this allows the owner to temporally disable her abilities. This command can be countered by the owner.

 

Also an “intelligence-kill” command; this allows the owner to temporally disable her intelligence. This command can be countered by the owner.

 

Also a “slave” command; this allows the owner to temporally disable her ability to choose actions. This command can be countered by the owner.

 

Lastly the “come-home” command; which will make her come to the owner’s location. She will stay at that location until the command is countered by the owner.

 

Several destinations can be set for the “come-home” command, the default being the owner’s location. Other places such as the owner’s home, work, vehicle, et all can be chosen.
