For those who have the psychic capability to see spirits, this guardian will appear as an enormous Western-style dragon covered in large scales that are a deep, dark purple that is nearly black.  He is about 50 feet long, with a 120 foot wingspan, and a medium-weight, muscular build.  He can change his apparent size.  His long, slender tail is sharply barbed, and his long, narrow muzzle is filled with conical, slender, pointed teeth.  Large, indigo, slit-pupiled eyes gaze out of a smoothly-scaled face.  A row of 3 foot long, slender, sharply-pointed indigo-colored spines marches down his long neck and back, and reduces in size toward the end of his tail.  His talons and wing-claws are also shades of indigo, lightening in color toward the tips.  He is vigilant, highly intelligent, objective, charismatic, decisive, creative, and kind.

In addition to the standard Guardian capabilities, it is designed specifically to help coordinate a group of other guardians.  It will assume 'command', relaying orders from its owner to the guardians who have the best capabilities to carry them out, and will also coordinate the other guardians in combat situations.  It has the ability to tell the other guardians to use their additional abilities in various situations where they may be useful, and it will exercise this ability unless its owner specifically tells it not to.  This enables an owner who has a large collection of guardians to command them to accomplish various tasks by speaking to only this guardian, rather than addressing each one individually.  It has superior knowledge of psychic combat tactics, and can create psychic links between two locations without crossing intervening space (wormhole links).

It is also a very formidable personal guardian itself, and has strong draconic energy ties, and can create astral realms.  It may help improve its owner's natural charisma, and has superior psychic combat skills.  It can psychically camouflage itself, its owner, and other guardians, and is extremely swift.  It may be able to influence others' emotional and instinctive responses, and can act as an astral guide and mount.
