For those who have the psychic capability to see spirits, this guardian will create a bubble around 20 feet in diameter around its owner, which will appear as a scene from the deep ocean, filled with a wide variety of the strange and alien-looking life forms that dwell there. The scene will change and the individual constructs will interact, arrive, and leave the scene, as though alive. When the owner walks, it will move as though they are walking through the deep ocean. The individual constructs within the realm will have their own personalities, but they are all part of a single collective guardian.

In addition to the standard Guardian capabilities, it may be able to influence other's thoughts and nervous system impulses, and enter dreams to interact with them there. It may be able to aid in past-life recollection, and can send out a call to draw persons or entities of your choice to you (as our beacon pendants do). The individual constructs within it have superior speed and stealth, and can create psychic links between two points without crossing intervening space (wormhole links). It can provide empathic shielding, has a tie to and can channel water elemental energy, and knows and can use ocean-related magicks.
